由杜兰加中文化中心主办，安省延龄草基金会赞助支持的杜兰郡多元文化招聘会已成功举办两届。今年活动将与Trent大学合办，使用其位于奥沙华市中心地区的方便校区举办，预计将吸引更多求职者的参与。杜兰加中文化中心为配合加拿大人才市场多元化趋势，向杜兰多元族裔社区提供更多工作和就业培训机会，并倡导职场多元化的重要和必要性，自2013年开始举办招聘活动。两届活动共计吸引近4000人参加，获得了杜兰区政府和社区的广泛认同和好评。

即将举办的2015年第三届DCCC多元族裔招聘会将是杜兰区最大的多元族裔招聘盛事。来自不同领域多达35家的公司、非盈利机构和政府部门将来到Trent大学奥沙华校区近距离接触来自不同族裔，不同背景和年龄层的求职者，共同支持杜兰区职场多元化和多族裔和谐共融。70多个招聘人员将会和多元求职者直接面对面现场交流。同时，招聘会还组织了由业内专业人士主持的求职和职业规划讲座，为不同背景和年龄阶层的求职者的职场问题现场答疑解惑，会后还有社交晚餐会为求职者和招聘单位提供更多的交流机会。此次招聘会布局新颖，设计合理，节奏紧凑，充分满足多元求职者不同层面的需求，也为广大用人单位打开了多元丰富的人才市场。

As the biggest and most popular diversity employment event in Durham Region, the Diversity job Fair2015 will provide a great opportunity for community collaborations. Organized by DCCC (Durham Chinese Canadian Culture Center) and supported by Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF), the Job Fairs in the past two years attracted more than 4000 attendees successfully and fostered a close partnership of public, private, non-profit and government sectors.
The 2015 Diversity Job Fair and Workshops will be held in Trent University Durham Campus in Oshawa, dressing our communities future human resource needs for a diversified and motivated, skilled workforce.
In the year of 2015, we are exciting to have more than 35 companies and organizations from public, private, non-profit and government come to Trent University Durham Campus to connect with potential employees including many students, recent graduates and diverse job seekers to support the diversity recruitment in the Region of Durham. Meanwhile, 2015 Diversity Job Fair also offers workshops hosted by professionals from industry to provide suggestion and guidance to visitors from various background and age groups. Additionally, Networking Dinner right after the Job Fair will offer another networking opportunity for attendees and employers.
